The polygon area you draw determines the base price. We add factors for grass height (overgrown surcharge), slope, and whether you want edging only at the perimeter or full edge trim. We show every line-item before you book — nothing is hidden.
Every mow includes: mowing the full drawn area, edging along driveways and walkways, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. We don’t bag unless you add the clipping-haul option — most lawns mulch-cut (better for the grass anyway).
Light rain — we still go. Wet grass cuts fine. Heavy rain or standing water, we reschedule to the next available slot at no charge. You get a text by 7am with a go / no-go. Subscription customers move automatically to the next open day in their window.
